4. Client Responsibilities

Failure to cooperate may delay or impact results.
5. Fees and Payments
Clients agree to pay all fees disclosed at enrollment.
Fees may include:
Setup fees
Monthly service fees
Add-on service fees (if applicable)
All payments are due as agreed at checkout.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of credit consulting services:
Setup fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Monthly service fees are non-refundable for services already rendered.
